Visual identity and brand book: a brand with rules, built to last
The logo is 10% of the job. The other 90% is the system that makes the brand look the same on a business card, on Instagram, on packaging and on a uniform.
Visual identity is the set of elements that makes a brand recognizable: symbol and logotype, color palette, typography, graphic elements, icons and photography style. The brand book (brand guidelines) documents how each one is used — versions, clear space, minimum sizes, do's and don'ts.
Our brand books are made to be used, not filed away: we deliver a PDF and a browsable web version, with organized source files (SVG, PNG, fonts, palettes in RGB, CMYK and HEX). That's what guarantees your social media agency, your printer and your web developer all work with the same brand.
Who it's for
- Brands that have a logo but no system
- Companies working with several design vendors
- Franchises and chains that need a standard
- In-house marketing teams that need a reference

Frequently asked questions
Visual identity & brand book
I already have a logo. Can you do just the brand book?
Yes. We organize the system around the existing logo, fix what needs fixing and document everything.
What's in the brand book?
Logo and versions, clear space, colors, typography, graphics, photography, applications, incorrect uses and the files. In PDF and web version.
Do you deliver editable files?
Always. SVG, PDF, fonts (with license) and templates. The brand is yours.
Do you make it in English too?
Yes. Bilingual brand books are common for clients operating outside Brazil or with international suppliers.

What we learn by doing.
Brand book: what brand guidelines must include to actually get used
Brand guidelines nobody opens are an expensive PDF. These are the chapters that get it consulted.
Brand colors: how to choose your company's palette (without defaulting to everyone's blue)
One proprietary color, two support colors and a proportion rule. That's what gets a brand recognized before the name is read.
Brand typography: how to choose your company's fonts
Two fonts, one hierarchy, one license. And a fallback for whoever doesn't have the original.
